Likewise, any behaviour not specifically stated within this document is also strictly forbidden. Observing this disciplinary has made Grana Padano a Denominazione di Origine Protetta cheese, or as we like to call it D.O.P.
The Disciplinary lists all the foodstuffs that can be used and also a blacklist of illegal foodstuffs that are bad for the animals' health and consequently jeopardise the high quality of the milk.
