Ingredients:
120 gr. Grana Padano
12 small tomatoes
3 tablespoons milk
12 shelled walnuts
parsley to garnish
In a bowl mix the Grana Padano with the milk.
Cut the tomatoes in half and scoop out the flesh.
Lightly salt the inside, dice the tomato flesh and add it to the
cheese mixture..
Fill the tomato halves with the mixture and place them in a buttered
dish. Bake for about 15 minutes in a hot oven.
Garnish with a sprig of parsley and serve.
