g Grana Padano
340 g short pasta
a bunch of chives
salt and pepper to taste
40 g butter
• Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water, drain and pour
it into a boid in which you have prepared the Grana Padano dissolved
in a little of the cooking water,
plenty of pepper and butter.
• Mix well together and sprinkle with the finely chopped chives.
You must use a generous amount of chives.
