Ingredients:
500 g rice
stock or water
eggs
• For six persons, boil 500 g rice in stock
or even in water.
• When cooked, drain and pour into a warm bowl.
• Over the rice, pour a mixture of eggs beaten with grated
Grana Padano - one egg and two tablespoons of Grana Padano for every
two persons – mix well and serve with a last dusting of Grana
Padano to taste.
