Ingredients:
4 slices of veal
120 g flaked Grana Padano
50 g thinly sliced cooked ham
8 leaves of sage
1/2 glass white wine
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 lemon
salt and pepper to taste.
• Beat the slices of meat and cut them in half.
• Cover each slice with flakes of Grana Padano and with a
thin slice of ham.
• Fold in two and secure with a cocktail stick an a leaf of
sage.
• Brown the meat in the oil, sprinkle with the white wine
and let it evaporate.
• Scatter with the lemon skin cut in julienne strips and add
the lemon juice.
• Cook quickly.
