 Potato and bean flan
 
 Ingredients:
2 large boiled potatoes
200 gr. grated Grana Padano
300 gr. boiled and chopped green beans
one tablespoon chopped marjoram
oil as required.
one tablespoon breadcrumbs
salt and pepper to taste.

• Mash the boiled potatoes and put them in a bowl, add the roughly chopped green beans, the Grana Padano, salt, pepper and a tablespoon of olive oil.
• Salt and pepper to taste. Oil a flan case with diameter 22 cm. and put the mixture in it, pressing it down with the back of a spoon.
• Scatter with breadcrumbs and sprinkle with oil.
Put in a hot oven until a golden crust forms on top.
